Warranty Disclaimer

Please review your product warranty information before contacting our Returns Department concerning a defective item.

Warranty Period
Warranty period for all products sold by Stalliontek start when the product is shipped from our warehouse, not when the customer receives the product. This protects the customer so that if an item is damaged by the transit company while in transit, the customer will not be liable for the part.

Standard Warranty
HDDs (Hard Disk Drives) are warranted for 3 months from dated of invoice. Memory modules are warranted for 1 year. Any other product is warranted for 1 year, unless stated otherwise. You may purchase extended warranty for your product at time of purchase. Please call us and make sure the item you are interested in is eligible for extended warranty.

30-Day Warranty on CPUs/OEM Items
All OEM CPUs come with a 30-day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. If more warranty is required, we offer an extended warranty for an additional fee. Please see our website for additional details. Warranty does not include:

·         overclocking

·         use of CPU without cooling fan

·         applying improper voltage

·         chipped cores

·         any type of visible/physical damage

Any OEM item has a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise.

Three-Year Warranty

Warranties for retail products sold by Stalliontek are provided by the respective manufacturer. NO RETURNS ALLOWED on opened retail products. Customers must return the product directly to the manufacturer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All retail items carry manufacturer warranty. When the manufacturer offers a warranty, customer is asked to request warranty replacement directly from the manufacturer.

Software & DVD Warranty
We do not accept open-box returns for software and DVDs; we accept returns for unopened software and DVDs, less a 20% restocking fee. For DOA (Dead On Arrival) software and DVD products, please contact software manufacturer.

Shipping Costs on Returns
Customer is responsible for shipping returned items back to Stalliontek, Inc., while Stalliontek assumes all replacement shipping to customers, if initial product is found to be defective. All replacement products are shipped via FedEx Ground. This is the industry standard for online business. Customers may request an upgrade to faster shipping service at their expense.

Warranty Not Honored
For warranty to be honored, product(s) must be received with a copy of the original invoice. Warranty is void for the following reasons, but is not limited to:

·         Missing serial numbers/tags/stickers

·         Improper shipment (improper packaging)

·         Evident improper use, tampering, or defacing

·         Any type of visible/physical damage

·         Item shipped back after warranty/RMA period expires

Any OEM item has a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage, AND WILL BE REFUSED. Products used outside the contiguous United States and Canada are not covered by Stalliontek’s warranties. FREE GIFTS ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY, NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY TECHNICAL SUPPPORT.

Limitation of Liability
Stalliontek.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Stalliontek.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Stalliontek.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Stalliontek.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Stalliontek.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Stalliontek.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Stalliontek.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
